Jason C. Kohlmeyer
Jason Kohlmeyer is a 2000 graduate from Hamline University School of Law in Saint. Paul, Minnesota and focuses his practice on only two areas of law, Criminal Defense (especially DWI and DUI) and family law. He is licensed in Minnesota, the Federal District of Minnesota, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. A former prosecutor, under Minnesota Supreme Court Rules on CLS, Rule 1.04, Mr. Kohlmeyer has prosecuted everything from low level thefts, DWI’s and attempted murder. This has given Mr. Kohlmeyer an incredible insight on how a prosecutor views the case and the strategy which goes into prosecuting a DWI case. Over the years, Mr. Kohlmeyer has been recognized for his ability as a trial attorney. Mr. Kohlmeyer is a former intelligence analyst and infantryman in the U.S. Army Reserves/Minnesota Army National Guard. He lives with his wife and children in North Mankato, Minnesota.
Christopher P. Rosengren
Chris Rosengren has been practicing law for more than 15 years. He began his pratice as a prosecutor for the city of St. Peter. Handling assaults and DWI’s gave Chris an insight into how the criminal justice process works that many defense lawyers simply don’t have.
A founding member of Rosengren, Kohlmeyer & Hagen Law Office Chtd. Chris vowed to start a law firm that would make a difference, helping people. This is why Chris dedicates 100% of his time representing injured workers receive the compensation they are entitled to as well as defending people accused of serious criminal charges.
A veteran of the United States Army for eight years prior to becoming an attorney, Christopher became fluent in Russian, serving as a paratrooper and Russian translator for military intelligence.
Hailing from Little Falls, Christopher is married with six children.

Mr. Hagen’s criminal law practice includes defending allegations of DWI, Drug Crimes, Sex Crimes, Driver License issues and appeals. Mr. Hagen not only focuses on the case at hand, but also the collateral consequences of a criminal charge. Mr. Hagen has successfully defended many individuals against serious criminal charges.
During his spare time Mr. Hagen enjoys bow hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and son.
